Introduction

“Classic” make walk in chamber is design to suit
standards for stability in temperature & Humidity
as per cGMP guidelines and 21 CFR part 11 compliance.

Temperature range : 20 C to 60 C
Temperature accuracy : +/- 0.5 C.
Temperature Uniformity : +/- 1 C.
Humidity
range : 40 % r.h. to 95% r.h.
Humidity Accuracy : +/- 2% r.h.
Humidity Uniformity : +/- 3% r.h.
Application :
Walk
In Chambers are in use for stability purpose such
as temperature & Relative humidity. It is design
to create Natural Climatic condition with the help
of Dry air , refrigeration & Humidity system built-in.This
Chambers are basically in application with Pharmaceuticals,
Electronic, Electrical, Chemical, Printing, Packaging,
telecommunication, aerospace & also Electro-mechanical
R&D test to confirm the successful result of the
product under test
Construction :
Walk
in Chambers are built up with highly Insulated Pre-engineered
conditioning systems and prefabricated panels can
be assembled to meet virtually any test for Climatic
conditions or size requirement forming into cabin's
or room type structure, which can be Erected at the
site of construction easily. The body is either galvanized
or stainless steel 304 quality, where as inner is 304 S.S, Aluminum or G.I sheets.Door flush
type with glass window for viewing inside objects
with silicon gasket & locking arrangement.
Air Circulation :
Air
circulation will be with the help of blower fitted
with special type air heater

Humidification:
The Humidification system will be provided externally
through steam injection system inside the chamber.
Ultra
Sonic steam generator is a upcoming new technology for
humidity or water vapor in the air or mist generation
with the help of ultra sonic generator. This system
works with humidity controlled chambers where problem
associated with steam are know. Vapor generated ultrasonically
is adiabatically changed from the liquid state to gas
state without any change of energy and without adding
any heat to the system.This ultra sonic vapor generator
is energized only when signal given by the Humidity
controller. Vapor is instantly switched on and off by
the microprocessor based P.I.D. Humidity controller,
it provide superior humidity control, even at below
- ambient conditions.
De-humidification:
The De-humidification system consists of refrigeration
system.
Refrigeration system:
External refrigeration system provided either on top or
any side available to fill the system, inside only cooling
accessory will be fitted at top.
Control
panel :
It consist of main Controller, Safety controller, Scanner,
Printer, Volt meter,
Ampere meter, Control Indicator, fuses, cyclic time for
day light effects.
Temperature
Controller:
Microprocessor based P.I.D. digital temperature &
Humidity Controller or Programmable Logic Controller module
for controlling each input & output thought a modbus
stream.
